Publication of 2016-17 GP Earnings Report

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
The average pay for GPs working in The Marine and Oakridge Partnership in the 2016-17 financial year was £38,348 before tax and National Insurance. This figure is for no full-time GPs, 5 part-time GPs, and 3 locum GPs, who worked in the practice for more than six months.

The average pay for GPs working in The Marine and Oakridge Partnership in the 2015-16 financial year was £40,903 before tax and National Insurance. This figure is for six part-time GPs and two locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months. There are no full-time GPs working at the practice.

The average pay for GPs working in The Marine and Oakridge Partnership in the 2014-15 financial year was £48,261 before tax and National Insurance. This figure is for eight part-time GPs and one locum GP who worked in the practice for more than six months. There are no full-time GPs working at the practice.
